A recruiter from the company reached out to me, asking to set up an interview. They canceled the interview the day before. Reason: we have ended up moving forward with other candidates who were already in the interview process and therefore, we will be canceling your phone screen. Not sure why they reached out to me directly, if they were all this far along with other candidates. I didn't apply for the position, they contact me.

Interview
Went through multi-layered interviews, full product knowledge, and documented years of relationship building. Boilerplate rejection email. "At this time, we are not moving forward in the process as there are other candidates who more closely align with the needs of the team". Medline is still recruiting for the job XX months later. I guess I wasn't young enough.
3-4 rounds of interviews first with recruiter, then direct manager, regional manager and finally the VP. It can be lengthy as they need time to collaborate with one another and it doesn’t seem like a major priority.
Entretien passé dans la cafétéria d’une station essence sur une aire d’autoroute! Peu professionnel et non respect de la confidentialité. Le manager pose des questions discriminantes telles que: âge, situation familiale, âge des enfants.
