This interview process went 5 months + with no less than 5 interviews and zero follow-ups on the results. You would think that after all of this you would at least get an email telling you that they've decided to go another direction. Common respect is lacking.

Question 1
Seemed to be a lot of questions about being able to fit into their alpha-male culture which was interesting. This was even asked by the recruiter.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries
Interview
Process started out great with smiles & back slapping all around including calling all my references. After meeting with a Sr. VP who proceeded to insult me by asking me to "carry a bag" for this company despite over 15 years of direct management experience, the process went downhill quick. No return calls. No communication. In fairness the only professional person I encountered was the initial company recruiter that screened me. Run don't walk away from these guys. It's no wonder they have such a "Turn & Burn" reputation with the poor Leadership I encountered.
