"Normal" by way of process. Hiring manager was honest about the expectation of working Long hours... all the time. I appreciated that candid response. Knowing there would be Long Days on a consistent basis, something I was willing to do, I felt the salary offer was too low and declined the job offer. Too bad... because the people I met with in the dept seemed to be very level headed, reasonable potential coworkers.

Initial phone screen with a recruiter then a 1st round with someone in the team, then final round with the manager. Very smooth process took around 3 weeks to complete
