Medix HR- Recruiter interview questions

My interview was 3 rounds equaling about 3 hours of unpaid time. I completed a phone screen with a recruiter, a panel interview virtually, and an onsite interview with the same people from the panel interview asking me the same questions. It was difficult to schedule 3 hours of interviews with my work schedule and I felt it was not realistic for working professionals.
