Interview
1st round - Recruiter Screening, general questions about background KPI experience etc. 2nd - with 2 Managers they will walk through your resume from earliest to most recent. They will ask "Why did you get this degree" "What was your favorite part of this role?" "What was the most difficult part of the role?" "Why did you leave?" "What motives you?" essentiall they will ask you Why to everything on your resume. 3rd - Final - Speak with a lead recruiter and lead account manager they tell you about their role and answer any questions. You will also speak with the VP's. They will wrap up the conversation and retalk about KPIs, goals, etc.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
