I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then 2 other in-person interviews with HR and sales management. It all went pretty smoothly. The questions were straightforward and I felt I had a good rapport with the interviewers.

Interview
We had 3 interviews. First is with a recruiter (an HR employee), if you clear that interview, you have a 2nd with the department manager and the HR director and then you may have a 3rd one (in my case, with the VP of Sales).
