Medifast interview process fully organized and structured. HR Clearly described the roles and then Manager and technical interview were scheduled accordingly. Interview questions are very specific to role applied. Once interview completed, Offer letter were shared in email on the same day. Interview process is pretty faster.

Interview questions are fully based on whatever domain, tools, languages mentioned in CV and not beyond that. Per industry standard, Couple of Management rounds and couple of technical rounds interviews scheduled which are very realistic .
