Weird interview where the manager told me about my role and appeared to have no interest in my experience or skills. Should have tipped me off that they simply want robots and have no interest in developing employees

Easy going, they do most of the talking. Two interviewers at one time, one of the two gets to the point, the other keeps going and going, all one requires is to nod in agreement and stay attentive nor fall asleep.
