Mediazoo interview questions

2 relatively quick calls, one screening and one more a classic interview. In the second call, I was told the offer was 35k. I said this suited me. Once I received the offer, I was told it was 32k. This range slight alarm bells, but I was still interested. Got an offer and went on here. I was horrified with what I was reading, but decided to ignore. Surely it was just disgruntled former employees. 2 weeks before I was due to start, my offer got recinded. By email. I called a member of the talent team and didn’t even get an apology. I had quit my previous role. Luckily, another role got back to me an hour after this happened, so I secured a new job. Don’t ignore these reviews!

Pretty straightforward with regards to the questioning. We talked through the companies previous work followed by future ambitions. It all felt fairly natural and easygoing. Perhaps there could have been more information regarding the next hiring stages.
