I was first interviewed by the team director. The interview was a lot less intimidating than I expected. We actually had a great conversation. I then spoke with the talent acquisition partner, followed by five interviews with the team members. Three in one day, two in another - all back to back. In the next round, I was given an assessment, which I had a week to complete. It was not easy - for me at least - but definitely mentally stimulating. I then had one final friendly conversation with a team member and the team director. More of a casual conversation to gain better understanding of my personality. Afterwards, finally, I got the offer. Process all in all took about a month.
