Was told I was a compelling candidate for this role and invited to interview. The process consisted of an initial interview, a lengthy three part assignment, a second interview, and finally, a third interview. I was told the next step would be reference checks, should they choose to go forward with my candidacy. However, I was ghosted immediately after my final interview. I followed up several times and was ignored, despite having made it significantly far in the interview process.
Word of advice to candidates for not only this organization, but to others as well: The way a company treats candidates who may become employees during the interview process speaks VOLUMES about how you'll be treated once hired. Watch out for red flags such as this.
