HR Manager reached out to me on LinkedIn and set up an interview with me for the following week. Also asked about compensation expectations which caught me off guard. Had interview with regional manager. I was told questions would be in typical interview STAR form, but actually I didn't encounter any specific STAR type questions. Received an offer after first in-person interview.

They only ask a couple of questions then give you some time to ask questions about them and their company. It was casual and relatively short. They ask very basic questions.

Very pleasant interview experience. Not overwhelming. 1:1 interview and then phone screen with regional VP. Received same day offer for employment. Nice and fast process. Better than most experiences previously.
