Easy process, low volume on calls , management at a different station. Calls are short drives. A lot of dialysis calls at 3am so your sleep will be interrupted, but you’ll be able to sleep I. The morning usually no calls

Interview
First you must take a 50 or so multiple choice question test with questions similar to the national registry test. You have to get an 80% or so to pass, I on't fully remember. After that, you do an interview with questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses and why do you want to work here. There is also a drug test.
