Interview
Interview was very informal and relaxed. Interviewed with the Director and Team Leader in the morning and got a job offer the following day. They asked me a couple questions about my resume and past experience.
1) Why do you want to work for this company
2) Why do you think you would be a good fit for this line of work
3) Are you going to be committed to the Customer service team?
This company is very big on company culture - overall great interview process!
