      Interview

      I had 3 interviews on 3 different days: the first 2 with future team members and the 3rd with corporate personnel. They have a strong focus on excellent customer support so they want to know applicants can comfortably and efficiently handle customers with various temperaments - with examples! Also, what is your attitude towards healthcare providers? Are you willing to learn? They also focus on maintaining a positive company atmosphere. Be ready with examples of that, as well.
