Process started with a face to face interview with the would-be direct manager and the marketing/communications manager, a peer. It consisted of an overview of skills, background and experience and a discussion of the company's priorities and internal challenges.
The next step was a follow up interview with the same group. This time, a case study was provided to be in advance. I was required analyze the case, which was an employee relations issue, and then present my analysis and recommendations.
Finally, reference checks were completed and an offer presented.
