MedCo (AL) interview questions

The first time I interviewed, since I was a recent college graduate, I had no professional experience. I was interviewed by the entire IT team (consisting of 3 members, including the IT manager). Each member was given an opportunity to ask questions, both on basic technical knowledge and applicable experience and they made me feel welcome and at ease as I answered. I wasn't selected the first time, but was asked to come in for a second interview a few months later when another position opened. I was a lot better prepared this time around, as I had been working on my own personal project to showcase my skills to make up for the lack of experience. I was given an offer the following week.

Not organized. The job description which was posted was not the description for the job they had open. Their web site stated once I submitted my appl I would receive an automated response which i did not get. I tried to call the receptionist repeatedly to verify my resume was received. I could not get the receptionist to answer the phone. I did leave her a message but she did not return my call.
