The interview process was smooth, questions were about coal types knowledge. Also about geographically arbitraged trading streams. The main focus was on global market fluctuations. People was kind and the atmosphere was comfortable.

Interview
An ordinary interview with simple questions about a previous job, marital status and education. In general, the online interview lasted about 15 minutes. My experience in mining was appreciated, but the vacancy was not exactly in my profile. As far as can be judged, the company has a high turnover of personnel.
