Very easy, not that difficult to get through. Willing to hire anybody. I've seen even people with no prior pet experience get hired. As long as you prove yourself, you're a welcomed member to the team.

Phone interview, in person interview & working interview. Very thorough questions and friendly management. Organized and well thought out process. Phone interview was about 10 minutes, in person interview was about an hour and working interview was 1 hour. The OP manager made me feel like I was talking to a long time co worker and it made my nerves disappear!
