I was initially phone interviewed by HR manager and hiring manager separately. Then, next week I was called for in-person interview. Since I arrived a day prior to the interview day, one of the hiring manager took me for dinner 1:1 and spent nearly two hours chatting all kinds of things but 75% was all about what I did in the past and what I am doing currently. Then during the interview day itself, there were three people, hiring manager, department head and the HR person. For the first 45 min HR person was only listening, partially jotting down some notes and I noticed that she was also taking nap once in a while. the last 15 minutes was taken over by HR asking when can I join and how I would transition from the current position if I was offered a job etc.
