Interview
The application process was very smooth and simple. It started with an easy going conversation with two people within the company, including my future manager. I got invited to the second round of interview, in which I was introduced to two more people within the company. For the junior position, the questions were focused on myself, my motivations and aspirations.

Interview
Two conversations are held with a couple of interviewers each. One of them also includes your potential future manager. The conversation feels rather informal and more about getting to know each other to understand whether there is a fit between you and the role/team/company. There is an opportunity to ask a lot of questions.
