McWhinney interview questions

I am describing this form a managers viewpoint in trying to hire new employees. It can take up to six weeks due to our People Services Dept. Processes. From when you submit an application online, to a phone interview, to an interview with the hiring team. Then it can still take another two weeks before an offer is sent to the potential hire.

Initial interview was with a member of the Human Resources team and the second was a video meeting with approximately six or seven individuals from the department I was applying.
