I recently went through multiple rounds of interviews with McMillan Pazdan Smith, engaging with several individuals throughout the process. While I appreciated the opportunity to interview, I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the recruiting team. At times, the communication was confusing and even gave the impression that I had secured the position, only for me to be left without any final clarification. Despite my efforts to follow up, there was no response or closure provided after the final interview. Professionalism in communication is key, especially after candidates have invested time and effort. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling overlooked and undervalued. I hope the company can improve its professionalism and communication practices for future candidates.
