I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr in Jul 2023
Interview
Talked with a recruiter and had a full day onsite with 3 interviews meeting with 6 different people. Was nice to hear about their different experiences at the company and they all seemed to love the job. Only thing that seemed a little off is everyone seemed to talk about how vague their role was and everyone continued to talk about how they made such high compensation. After this interview, I received an additional interview request. In this additional interview, the interviewer noted that this is unusual which definitely made it more nervewrecking. Received a very generic email the next day saying I did not get the job, I emailed thanking them and asked for interview feedback and they responded back saying it is company practice to not give feedback, which contradicts what other reviews have said.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

Interview
One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
