My experience was very similar to some others posted. I first received a text saying they found my resume on monster.com and believe that I would be a good match. Scheduled a phone call shortly after. This turned into a 20 minute phone interview. After that, a face to face interview was scheduled. When I went in, I met with the same person that gave me the phone interview. Mostly, they asked basic interview questions; some behavioral questions related to the position. I met with 2 people from the Finance Department where they gave me a 15 minute overview of what they do, then I met with another person from HR for another interview. There were also little exercises to do; grammar and given a certain scenario, type up an email to the customer or a coworker. The whole process took about 2 hours.
