I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Elmhurst, IL) in Nov 2012
Interview
I had an on-campus interview, which was relatively relaxed. The interviewer told me a lot about the company (since it is privately owned and not much info is available). After that they flew me out to Chicago for a superday consisting of 5 interviews in Elmhurst, IL. The interviews were not very hard, and everyone was incredibly nice. There were many people working there who used to do finance.

Interview
Made it past phone call screening and had a one-on-one chat with a current manager before final round of interviews. Each round was 45 minutes to an hour long and questions were difficult. Have lots of examples ready. Have different answers ready for similar questions.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

Interview
One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
