Fairly standard interview process. You will be given a writing assessment usually to research and write a brief on a particular topic as part of the process. Time limit is about an hour.

Writing test, followed by interview with department associates. Asked region specific questions (what are the three largest sectors for trade, largest regions for trade) and how you conduct research. The interview was not bad at all

Was asked to schedule the writing exercise, but never replied again anymore. I cannot imagine that I would be ghosted in such an irresponsible way. This is absolutely unacceptable.
