Scenario questions like how to deal with certain events in a work place.

Asked me about my experience, expectations from the role, What my goals are, why am I applying for the role, what motivates me apart from the usual stuff. Then there were a few technical questions based on one technical problem (How would you design a part, what is your thought process behind it).
