Lengthy interview process...at least three phone interviews with recruiter, talent manager, and hiring manager. Next a series of one-on-one, in-person interviews with Human Resources business partner, hiring manager, then 3 potential team peers,--all back-to-back in one day

What would be the first thing you would do if hired for this role?
4-5 interviews that included cross functional teams and were informal in nature. Very conversational with some behavioral questions. Each interview was about one hour in length and the they were spread out over the course of one month.

HR Recruiter Interview - Teams Camera On
Hiring Manager Interview - Teams Camera On - A get to know you interview asking personal questions about what you like to do. No business questions or background. (Not really an HR approved interview)
Peer Interview with 2 members - Took 3 weeks to schedule and lasted 30 minutes. Only had time to ask 2 questions.
Nothing for 3 1/2 weeks after.
