I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McKenzie Consulting
Interview
My initial communications for this position came through a recruiter. She set me up well for the position. I had to take tests for Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I excelled for them all. At the in person interview I had a brief tour en route to the interview. I was not really asked many questions, but more so told about how demanding the job was etc... I felt like I was over qualified for the positioned, but then wasn't really asked many questions. I was disappointed and didn't feel properly assessed for the position. Great company and great opportunity for someone!
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McKenzie Consulting (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2008
Interview
Relaxed, very friendly people, we were a group of 4 candidates all together in the same room, and then I was selected for the final interview, the hiring manager thought I'm over qualified for the position and apologized that they won't be able to make me an offer.
