Everyone I spoke with, from the recruiter to the leadership, was genuinely positive and engaged. The entire process is communicated upfront, so there are no surprises about the level of commitment required. Cons The interview timeline can be a challenge. Finding a time for the panel interviews and pitch, with so many senior leaders involved, was difficult and took a lot of back-and-forth. I think the process would be smoother with a more robust scheduling tool. This would make it easier for both the candidate and the busy leadership team to find availability.
