First, there was an issue where HR confused my email with someone else’s. a few interviewers came across as somewhat dismissive. When it was my turn to ask questions, I inquired about how they develop their pipelines. One interviewer seemed offended and responded, “We’re not like academia; we don’t develop pipelines.”
