It was a piece of cake they were so nice alittle too friendly but you could tell the job was Slow not much work mainly answered the average set of questions and wen t over my past jobs and education

Interview
The interview process was completed over two meeting, the first meeting was a virtual meeting and the questions and discussion allowed me to show how I would be of value to McElhanney by way of my experience and knowledge. The second interview was in person and we went for a cup of coffee, this process was a positive experience for me as I was able to demonstrate some of my soft skills and leadership style. It was also a great opportunity to find out more about McElhanney and the individuals I would be reporting to and working with.

The question was around mentorship and working together as a team on projects. How have I handled situations in which there is an employee on the team that is struggling in their performance?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McElhanney (Regina, SK) in May 2016
Interview
Met in a coffee shop and chatted over Macarons and Americanos. The local Branch Manager attended and a more senior representative from another office to grill me and see who I really was. They were extremely friendly, and although I wasn't offered a job on the spot did hear back fairly soon after.
