Informal interview process with the manager. I felt like i was talking to a friend rather than talking to one of the store's leaders. Who was very respectful but going into an interview I was expecting a little more of an engaging conversation.
It was efficient and polite, with good questions being asked and answers being discussed roundtablte style style. I would just say that they accomdated me because I needed special accommodations with my intreview which I was grateful for
