I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Three different interviews with different managers. In depth questions into past management experience and the difficult things I've needed to deal with. Each interview lasted about 1 hour. If you've done this kind of work before the interview process was not that difficult.

Question 1
Would you be able to work two weeks without a day off?
The interview process was straightforward and friendly. I first had a short phone screening followed by an in-person interview with the district manager.
