This was a corporate position. Two rounds of interviews with functional manager and business lead. Discussed the project I would be managing and how my past experiences lines up with the project. Nothing unusual about the interview, pretty standard stuff.

Ok, not a bad interview. Nice people. The culture of McDonald’s seems pretty interesting, but ultimately not my cup of tea. We talked at length about experience, the company image seemed to focus on their overall fame as Maccas and not much else when it comes to internal work styles.

3 Level including a case study at the final stage. McD is famous for friendly employees and that was my experience even from the interview stage. Good prep is required!
