I went in and the interview was about thirty minutes and they just asked questions about my experience, backround, etc. in the interview it was a one on one interview and in the second the manager and ceo Were in there and they both told me about what my hours would be if I were to work there

Question 1
How many years do you have with cooking experience. Also when do I realize I love to cook, what my goals in life were, house I could work, my favorite McDonald's food item sold
The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Current occupation. Available Hours. If you have a history of crime.
Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
