Interview
Easy. Not too many questions and felt relaxed. Took place whilst sat in the restaurant though so was a bit weird as usually interviews have always been in a separate room away from customers. I'm guessing this was to make it more informal though. Lady interviewing was nice enough.
Lot's of questions
Practical test and psychological test. pretty tough.
Had to meet many employees and make sure we can satisfy patrons.
Tested on knowledge of my cooking and baking.
It was all a very good process. They were very nice and they also were very pleasant to talk to. They wanted to let me have the job and it was very refreshing to be around someone who is so kind.
It was good felt good. They took time to inform me. And ask good questions and good on-boarding and ir was overall good no complaints. I would repcmed to others and they are good
