      Legal Assistant Interview

      20 May 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Provo, UT
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at McCullough Law (Provo, UT)

      Interview

This was a 6 week process of people making up info as they went along. I took two personality tests and they acted like everything they needed to know about me were in those results. Every interview was an hour long, and could have easily been 30 minutes (they just love talking in circles). After I did get hired I saw my name in the shared company calendar. On the event were notes about how they didn’t like my interview and were not going to hire me. Completely unprofessional and I guess I was always fighting an uphill battle if they were never going to keep me.

      Question 1

What are you writing down on your notepad? (Literally was a 5 minute discussion about my notes and if they were good enough) Expect all the questions to be meaningless and found via AI from a few members of the team.
