Communication was poor, did not even get a follow up after several interviews. Asked the worst questions. Interview location overlooked entire office. I would not recommend to anyone. Poor Location,

Interview
Started with a phone interview with the HR team. Followed up by an in person interview with a member of the operations team. Was able to tour the KC office and meet a few of the other associates during the interview.
