First round was with HR Second round was with the hiring manager Third round would have been a panel Pretty straightforward questions, nothing unexpected. Manager told me how many others were making it to the panel and said the other top candidate was internal. Mentioned if I didn’t get this job I should keep applying. Didn’t feel good about the manager or that advice while still interviewing so I withdrew.
