Telephone screening, face-2-face interview, standard questions.
Absolutely ZERO feedback after the interview (I had to travel 200 miles to the company HQ). Very unprofessional in the way it was handled.
The interview itself was fine, panel members will not set the world on fire but they must know how to sell spices.
