Too many rounds but easy going.
First HR round, then virtual round with on site manager, then a site tour and again one round with senior leadership. They make sure you are 100% okay with the facility before you decide to join and they will always answer your questions.

McCain Values and how do i reflect them, what will i do to drive those values in organization.
The interview process was structured and organized. It started with a phone screening with an HR recruiter and then progressed to video interviews. I interviewed with a few senior people in addition to the hiring manager. Most of the interview questions were behavioral interview questions.
