I submitted my application online and subsequently had a phone call with HR for the initial screening. Following this, I was scheduled a meeting with the hiring manager. During the meeting, the hiring manager inquired about my past work experiences and how they align with the role I applied for. The hiring manager didn't really ask any technical questions as such. After the interview with the hiring manager, I followed up with HR as I hadn't received any updates from the team. HR informed me that they are not progressing with my candidacy.
