I applied through other source. I interviewed at McCabe, Weisberg & Conway (Laurel, MD) in Jul 2017
Interview
Phone interview, followed by an In-person interview with two attorneys and the HR manager. Not intimidating, very easy going. Received an offer at the end of the interview and starting working the next week. If I can say anything it is you do not want to work here. The people are great but the management is a joke and there is no movability or management hierarchy that benefits anyone.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McCabe, Weisberg & Conway (Laurel, MD) in Dec 2017
Interview
I applied online via LinkedIn and received an email follow-up from the sole human resource individual requesting a time and date for a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of general background questions where I was mainly asked to describe my qualifications and work experience to date. At the end of the phone interview, they extended an invitation for an in-person interview, which occurred 1-2 days later. The in-person interview is a panel interview. The HR employee greeted me upon arrival at the firm and then led me to a conference room where two attorneys and the HR employee interviewed me. Super easy interview without any challenging questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McCabe, Weisberg & Conway (Laurel, MD)
Interview
The process was very smooth. The HR coordinator was very friendly and worked very hard to ensure that I understood the opportunity and the benefits of working there. She worked with me to secure an in office visit. The in office visit was also very laidback and the interviewers were very honest and straightforward.
