The recruiter asked very few questions and told me I was hired as far as they were concerned. They were extremely excited about my capabilities and the job fit. After weeks and weeks of no contact from the recruiter, I called the recruiter and I was told the job was on hold. This is always a red flag. I asked if they knew any further information, and they told me they would ask and get back to me. I never heard back. I believe the recruiter wanted my contacts. They have since taken a job at a similar firm.
