One of the EDI Program Managers, who gave off anti-blackness vibes, kept interjecting & disrupting the interview after each question was asked. They also argued with the other EDI Program Manager about the company's mission. The director /hiring manager for the role sat on the call and said nothing to control their direct report. I was flat out told by the EDI Program Manager (who is a peer/colleague to the role & not the hiring manager) that my personality fit wouldn't be a good fit for the patients, but was still moved to the final interview round.
