In Person Interview 3 Unit Managers, 15 Questions, and a skills review session. Overall a very easy position for individuals of high school level education, and a rewarding segway into the various healthcare careers available.

The interview process includes three or four mangers that asks you questions about youself and each one look at you, asking questions as such what would you do and a breif description of a scenario about the job.
