Behavioral questions followed by Technical questions over the video conference interview went smooth. A panel of 3 people interviewed me and they explained the company policy and culture very well and asked me if I will be able to be a fit for that kind of environment. Got a call from the HR with an offer after a month of my interview. Accepted the offer over the phone and flew down for my Drug test and other formalities.
