Called 2 months after I applied, very disorganized, some people didn't show to interview, lots of phone interviews, wasn't sure people read my resume, didn't ask a ton of questions. Hiring manager didn't know the area of expertise they were looking for

Interview
Its a behavioral interview, can be several rounds of interviewing. The wait to get an interview can also take awhile. The questions are selected from a numerous amount of behavioral questions that Mayo has already selected. There aren't really any right or wrong answers.
